We understand that plans can change, and we want to clarify our cancellation policy for your convenience.

If a transfer is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the start of the hire period,
we regret to inform you that 100% of the price will be charged.

For pre-paid transfers cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, a 20% administrative fee will apply.

In the case of day hire bookings, please note that cancellations made 3 days before the commencement of the hiring period will result in all payments being non-refundable. 
If any amendments affect the total mileage or the duration for which the vehicle is required,

please be aware that there may be additional costs involved.

This can include situations such as waiting for connecting flights, boats, or trains.
