The small print

All-day hires are calculated as starting and finishing at Marble Arch.
Hires involving a drop-off and a subsequent pick-up will be priced as
one 
continuous hire unless the interval between journeys is 4 or more hours.
Chauffeur’s overnight subsistence allowance by arrangement.
If the hirer requests that the driver follows a specific,
route that is not necessarily the quickest or shortest route,
the hirer is liable for any excess charges involved.
The company accepts no responsibility for delays however caused.
Any parking cost incurred during a roadshow will also be charged at cost
A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed,
but luggage which,
in the opinion of the driver & amounts to excessive weight may not be carried.

Airport transfers

We will monitor your flight’s progress into the UK
having cleared customs you will find your 
Chauffeur
waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name displayed.
We will then escort you to your car and whisk you away
the price quoted includes a meet-and-greet service
also, a one-hour wait from landing will be free of charge
additional terminals will be charged £20 each
Your airport collection may be subject to
car park charges, this will be charged at cost.
When going to the airport it is the responsibility of the passenger
to tell the driver which terminal they are going to.

Regarding luggage

If a passenger has an excess of baggage,
we reserve the right to refuse any luggage or property in our
vehicles which in the driver’s opinion may result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive.
It is against the law for a private hire vehicle to carry luggage on any vehicle seat.

Confirmation for your car service

When you receive a confirmation for your car service, it is up to you,
to check that the information in the confirmation is correct.

Should any amendments altar the total mileage,
period of time the vehicle is required or the specification of the vehicle,
the price would be adjusted accordingly.
Any parking or extra charges incurred will be invoiced at cost after the date of travel.

Bank holidays

A surcharge of 25% will be made for services provided
When a journey starts or finishes during a UK bank holiday.
A 100% surcharge is applicable for journeys on
Christmas day, boxing day and New years day.

Credit card payments

Payment will be taken in full 48 hours before collection
Any extras will be charged after the transfer is completed
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
5% fee is applicable on all card transactions.
NO PAYMENTNO COLLECTION

Cancellations – Amendments

Transfers cancelled by the customer within
24 hours from the start of the period of hire,
100% of the price will be charged

There will be 20% admin fee deducted for any pre-paid transfers
cancelled before the 24 hour notice.

Day hire bookings cancelled 5 days before the
start of the period of hire, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

Should any amendments alter the total mileage
or the period of time the vehicle is required,
there will be additional costs
IE: waiting for additional flights, boats or trains.

No show

If a passenger does not appear at the time and place designated as the pick-up point,
it will be considered as a No Show and the full charge will be applied
plus any additional waiting time & parking.

Concert collections

When picking up from a concert, rugby match,
theatre etc,
 the price quoted is for the time of the pick-up
thereafter you will be charged per hour of waiting time.
We charge by the hour not minutes.
As directed has a minimum charge of 4 hours.

Tolls

Any toll, parking or congestion charges incurred during
the hire will be paid for, by the customer.

A 5% card charge will be applied to all journeys
