The small print

All hires are calculated as starting and finishing at Marble Arch.
Hires involving a drop off and a subsequent pick up will be priced as
one 
continuous hire unless the interval between journeys is 4 or more hours.
Chauffeur’s overnight subsistence allowance by arrangement.
If the hirer requests that the driver follows a specific,
route that is not necessarily the quickest or shortest route,
the hirer is liable for any excess charges involved.
The company accepts no responsibility for delays however caused.
A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed,
but luggage which,
in the opinion of the driver & amounts to excessive weight may not be carried.

Your driver

We will monitor your flight’s progress into the UK
having cleared customs you will find your 
Chauffeur
waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name displayed.
We will then escort you to your car and whisk you away
the price quoted includes a meet & greet service
Also a one hour wait from landing will be free of charge
Any additional terminals will be charged extra
Your airport collection may be subject to
car park charges, this will be charged at cost.
any parking cost incurred during a roadshow will also be charged at cost

Confirmation for your car service

When you receive a confirmation for your car service, it is up to you,
to check that the information in the confirmation, is correct.

Should any amendments altar the total mileage,
period of time the vehicle is required or the specification of the vehicle,
the price would be adjusted accordingly.
Any parking or extra charges incurred will be invoiced at cost after the date of travel.

Bank holidays

A surcharge of 25% will be made for services provided
When a journey starts or finishes during a UK bank holiday.
A 100% surcharge is applicable for journeys on
Christmas day, boxing day and New years day.

Credit card payments

Payment will be taken in full 12 hours before collection
Any extras would be charge after the transfer is completed
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
A 4% fee is applicable to all card transactions.
NO PAYMENT – NO COLLECTION

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled by the customer within 24hours
from the start of the period of hire, 50% of the price will be charged
Bookings cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours
from the start of the period of hire, 100% of the price will be charged

When an all inclusive price is quoted

Should any amendments alter the total mileage,
or the period of time the vehicle is required
IE: waiting for aditional flights, boats or trains
the price would be adjusted accordingly.

No show

If a passenger does not appear at the time and place designated as the pick-up point,
it will be considered as a No Show and the full charge will be applied
plus any waiting time & parking if any.

Concert collections

When picking up from a concert, rugby match,
theatre etc,
 the price quoted is for the time of the pick up
thereafter you will be charged at £40 per hour waiting time.
We charge by the hour not minutes.
As directed has a minimum charge of 4 hours.

Tolls

Any Toll – Parking charges incurred during
the hire will be paid for, by the customer.

Service charge

12% Service charge will be added to all journeys.
