If a passenger does not arrive at the designated pick-up point at the specified time,
this will be classified as a NO SHOW. In such instances,
the total fare for the scheduled service will be charged in full.
Additionally, any extra time spent waiting beyond the scheduled pick-up time,
will incur additional charges based on our standard hourly rate.
Parking fees may also apply if the driver has to wait in a parking facility.
