Terms and Conditions

The following terms outline how our services are provided.
We aim to keep everything clear, transparent and professionally arranged at all times.

All-day hires are calculated from and return to Marble Arch.
However, hires that include a drop-off and later pick-up will be charged as one continuous hire unless the interval exceeds four hours.

Overnight subsistence for chauffeurs can be arranged where required.
In addition, if a specific route is requested that is not the most direct, any additional mileage or time will be chargeable.

While we plan every journey carefully, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Parking and associated costs incurred during services such as roadshows will be charged at cost.

A reasonable amount of luggage is permitted. However,
if luggage is considered excessive or unsafe by the chauffeur, it may not be carried.

Airport Transfers

We monitor all inbound flights in real time. Therefore, your chauffeur will adjust arrival timing accordingly.

Upon arrival, your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a name board and escort you directly to your vehicle.
The quoted price includes meet and greet, as well as up to one hour of waiting time from landing.

Additional waiting time, car park charges and terminal changes (£20 per terminal) will be charged where applicable.
When travelling to the airport, it is the passenger’s responsibility to confirm the correct terminal.

Luggage Policy

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the selected vehicle.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any items that may cause damage or compromise safety.

For safety and legal compliance, luggage must not be carried on passenger seats.

Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, please review all details carefully.
This includes dates, times, locations and vehicle selection.

If any amendments affect mileage, duration or vehicle type, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Any additional charges, including parking or waiting time, will be invoiced after the journey.

Bank Holidays

A 25% surcharge applies to journeys that start or finish on UK bank holidays.

A 100% surcharge applies on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Payments

Full payment is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled journey.
Any additional charges will be processed after completion.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
A 5% processing fee applies to card payments.

No payment – no collection.

Amendments & Rescheduling

Changes to bookings may result in additional charges,
particularly where waiting time or extended travel is required.

We offer the option to reschedule bookings within six months of cancellation.
However, after this period, prepaid amounts are non-refundable.

No Show Policy

If a passenger does not arrive at the agreed pick-up location and time,
the booking will be treated as a no show. In this case, the full fare will be charged,
including any waiting time and parking costs.

Events & Concert Collections

For events such as concerts, theatre or sporting fixtures,
the quoted price covers the agreed pick-up time. Additional waiting time will be charged hourly.

Hourly bookings are charged per hour, not by the minute.
“As directed” services carry a minimum booking of four hours.

Tolls & Charges

All tolls, congestion charges and parking fees incurred during the hire are the
responsibility of the client and will be charged at cost.
